Tema, Community 8

Tema is an ideal location in that transportation in and out is no problem at all.  Traffic is minimal and taxis or tro-tros are  at your door step.

Typical neat 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house.

Bedrooms are about 10'x 12'.

Yard and driveway.  No grass, but very neat compound, with no other tenants or caretakers.

As you enter, this is the living room.

This bathroom is to the second bedroom, not the master bedroom, that one has a bigger bathroom.  One bedroom does not have bathroom, but there is a guest restroom without bath facilities.

Renovation is still going on.  Painting and such will be done in a week or so.

This is the road the house is on.  Moderate neighborhood with comparable homes and decent neighbors.  I live around the corner.

Asking price is $350, but I am sure I can get the landlady to take $300.  And she is asking for 2 years, but I think I can get it down to a year.

They haven't completed all renovations, but I guess it will be ready in a week or two.  Once its on the market it will go in no more than 2months.
